Get Your Boyfriend Back – He’s Calling You Late At Night, What Does That Mean?

When you and your ex boyfriend first broke up, you we happy with the decision to end the relationship. You weighed out all of the circumstances and it really did seem like the best decision that you could have made. You thought it through and you went through with it. At first, everything seemed to support the fact that this really was the only decision that you could come to. Then it happened. You got lonely and you started to think about him again.

You wondered, what if I really did make a mistake by breaking up with him.

To make things even more complicated and confusing… he started to call you again. And you had to admit to yourself, that you kind of DID look forward to hearing his voice again. There’s that something about him, when he knows all of the right things to say, that makes you melt and when that happens… you really begin to think that maybe you should have given the relationship a little more time.

There’s this one thing that keeps gnawing at you, though. You realize that all of his phone calls seem to be coming late at night. In a way, you don’t mind that, because that is when you start to feel the loneliness kick in. But, it does make you wonder.

What does it mean when your ex boyfriend is calling you late at night?

The most obvious possibility is that all he really wants is a booty call. It’s no secret that late night phone calls from a guy tend to mean that he’s thinking about you in a sexual way. But, is that the only possibility?

Before you come to the conclusion that all he really wants is to have a late night hook up with you again, consider this. When is it that you really feel the loneliness kick in? Usually in the evening or later at night, right?

There is a good chance that he is feeling the same way. After all, it’s easy to distract yourself during the day time. You have work, maybe school, and then you get home to realize that you are single and all alone. So, it may be just that he is feeling like you are, and that is not just sex that is on his mind if he is calling you late at night.

You have to look for OTHER signs…

If he does have a habit of trying to talk sexual when he calls, then maybe you should come to the conclusion that what he really has on his mind is hooking up. However, if the conversation is less about sex, and more about just talking, then he may just want to see if he still has a chance to be with you again. And, if that is what you want to happen, that can be a GOOD sign for better things to come down the road.

Take time to see if there are other signs there. Is he trying to get a feel for how you have been doing, what you have been up to, and if you are seeing someone else yet? These are all signs that can point to him wanting more than just a hookup, and if you want to get your boyfriend back… that would be a good thing, right?
